Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450.
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Cut in shortening until the mixture resembles coarse corn meal.
- Stirring with a fork, add the milk mixture to make a soft dough
- Turn out on a board, kneed lightly for a minute.
- Roll 1/2 inch thick.
- Cut with a biscuit cutter.
- Place on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
