Ingredients

  • 3 c. half and half cream
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat cream and butter.
  2. Add salt.
  3. Place potatoes in flat, greased glass 9 x 12-inch dish.
  4. Pour cream mixture over potatoes. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  5. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
