Roasted Chilli Sauce

- Preheat oven to 220C grill
- Brown onion in sauce pan with 25ml olive and seed oil blend
- Add tomatoes and simmer for 20 minutes
- Roast chillies, red bell peppers and garlic in oven for about 25 minutes or until lightly brown
- Peel the peppers
- Put everything in a food processor and liquidise until smooth
- You can store the sauce in a glass container in the fridge for months
