  • 1 ear corn per person
  • butter
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Shuck, clean, and wash each ear of corn, being careful to leave the shucks attached.
  2. Apply butter, salt, and pepper to each ear of corn and replace the shucks.
  3. Wrap each ear in foil and roast directly over hot coals for 20 minutes, turning each ear one-quarter turn every 5 minutes.
