Ingredients

  • equal or Sweet 'N Low
  • graham cracker crumbs
  • lite cream cheese
  • Cool Whip
  • chocolate pudding mix
  • vanilla pudding mix

Instructions

  1. Melt margarine and mix with graham cracker crumbs and Equal or Sweet 'N Low.
  2. Press the mixture into a 13-inch cake pan and let it cool.
  3. In a bowl, mix lite cream cheese and Cool Whip with 3 or 4 packages of Equal.
  4. Spread this mixture over the cooled cracker crust.
  5. Prepare one box of instant vanilla pudding and one box of chocolate pudding according to package instructions.
  6. Combine both pudding mixtures.
  7. Spread the combined pudding over the Cool Whip layer.
  8. Let the pie cool until set.
  9. Top with 8 ounces of Cool Whip before serving.
