Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 (15 oz.) can cannellini beans, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp. cilantro (fresh preferred)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender or food processor; puree until smooth.
  2. Let stand several hours to develop flavors.
  3. Serve with corn chips.
