Instructions
- Drain oysters, reserving liquor.
- Grind all greens in the blender, using 1/2 cup oyster liquor and melted butter for liquid. Place in an enameled or stainless steel pan; add Worcestershire, lemon juice and seasonings.
- Bring to simmer.
- Blend or cut oysters into small pieces.
- Add to spinach mixture along with breadcrumbs and continue to simmer about 1 hour or until raw taste is gone.
- Check for seasonings.
- May be frozen.
- Yield:
- 1 1/2 quarts.
