Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 1 glass Roka Blue cheese spread
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion

Instructions

  1. Blend the cream cheese, Roka Blue cheese spread, salt, and chopped onion thoroughly.
  2. Roll the mixture into a ball shape.
  3. Optional: Roll the cheese ball in chopped nuts.
  4. Place a well-drained cherry on top of the cheese ball.
  5. Chill before serving.
