Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) packages frozen Chinese pea pods or 1 large head cauliflower
  • butter
  • salt
  • 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup butter

Instructions

  1. Steam the pea pods or cauliflower until tender.
  2. Drain and season with butter and salt to taste.
  3. Brown the sliced mushrooms in 1/4 cup of butter.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes and olives to the mushrooms and cook until heated through.
  5. Cover and steam briefly until the tomato skins just start to pop.
  6. Remove from heat and season with additional salt if desired.
