Instructions
- Prepare the trout and season with salt, lemon and ground pepper.
- Let stand 30 minutes.
- Cut the onion and the leek into rings and place in the bottom of a container of baking.
- Cut 3 slices of ham to shreds.
- Stuff the trout with this ham and some parsley feet (reserve some for garnish).
- Lay the trout over the onion and garlic bed and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake in preheated oven at 340°F for 30 minutes.
- Garnish with the leftover parsley and serve with lettuce salad and mashed potatoes.
