Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cooked boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 oz. low-fat cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh chopped basil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 c. shredded, low-fat Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c. chopped lettuce or spinach leaves
  • 1 c. chopped tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Have kids shred the chicken into thin pieces and set aside in a small bowl.
