Ingredients

  • 5 cups potatoes, cooked and diced
  • 1 small carton creamed cottage cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton Longhorn cheese, shredded
  • 2 Tbsp. onions, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Pour the cheese mixture over the cooked and diced potatoes.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Sprinkle the top with paprika.
  4. Bake in a 350°F oven until heated through.
