Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb ground meat
  • grated cheese
  • green pepper
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • mashed potatoes
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. Saute ground meat, chopped onions, and green pepper until cooked.
  2. Place the cooked meat mixture in a casserole dish.
  3. Spread the can of cream style corn over the meat mixture.
  4. Spread mashed potatoes over the corn layer.
  5. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
