Ingredients

  • 1 c. fresh corn
  • 1 c. fresh green tomatoes
  • 1 c. fresh green pepper
  • 2 strips bacon
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Take an iron skillet and fry 2 strips of bacon until brittle. Add fresh vegetables to bacon grease and add 2 tablespoons corn, 2 tablespoons flour, salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Cook over low heat stirring constantly until vegetables are tender.
  3. Very good with everything.
