Rosemary Cashews

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Spread cashews out on a sheet pan and toast them in oven for about 6 minutes until they begin to smell nutty and take on a bit of color.
- While cashews are in oven, in a large bowl combine melted butter, salt, chopped rosemary, brown sugar, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
- When cashews come out of the oven, toss them thoroughly with butter mixture to coat.
- Serve warm.
