Rosemary Cashews

Ingredients

  • 1 pound whole cashews dry roasted, unsalted
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Spread cashews out on a sheet pan and toast them in oven for about 6 minutes until they begin to smell nutty and take on a bit of color.
  3. While cashews are in oven, in a large bowl combine melted butter, salt, chopped rosemary, brown sugar, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
  4. When cashews come out of the oven, toss them thoroughly with butter mixture to coat.
  5. Serve warm.
