Ingredients

  • 32 oz. can pineapple juice
  • 2 1/2 tsp. crushed rosemary leaves
  • 1/2 c. frozen lemonade
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 large bottle ginger ale
  • lemon slices
  • rosemary sprig

Instructions

  1. Take 1 cup of pineapple juice and add crushed rosemary leaves; heat to a boil and let steep.
  2. Strain the mixture and allow it to cool.
  3. Mix the cooled pineapple rosemary infusion with remaining pineapple juice, frozen lemonade, and water.
  4. Add the ginger ale before serving to retain its fizz.
  5. Float lemon slices on top and decorate with rosemary sprigs.
