  • 1 pint honey

Instructions

  1. Bruise fresh rosemary leaves slightly and place in layers on the bottom of a small saucepan.
  2. Pour room temperature honey into the pan.
  3. Cook over low heat.
  4. Stir the mixture just until the honey is warm, about 2 minutes.
  5. Avoid high heat to prevent damaging the honey.
