Ingredients

  • green beans
  • bread crumbs (fine)
  • grated Romano and Parmesan cheese
  • oregano
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic powder
  • tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare green beans (snip and wash).
  2. Parboil green beans (until fork goes into bean easily), not too long.
  3. Drain beans. Place in low casserole dish.
  4. Sprinkle with bread crumbs, Romano and Parmesan cheeses, oregano, salt, pepper, garlic powder and tomato sauce (don't saturate).
  5. Cover or use aluminum foil.
  6. Bake at 350° for 30 to 50 minutes, depending on size of casserole.
