Ingredients

  • 1 boned chicken breast or 1 can white chicken
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp. sherry
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • wonton wrappers

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients (except wrappers) in blender and make a paste.
  2. Put scant teaspoon in wonton wrapper.
  3. Fold in half, wetting two edges and folding together.
  4. Will make good seal.
  5. Fry until brown in Fry Daddy.
