Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 package Boil in Bag rice
  • 1 large can tomato juice
  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 1 package chili seasoning mix
  • 1 can chopped and diced Ro-Tel
  • shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown and drain the ground beef.
  2. Prepare the rice according to package directions.
  3. Add the cooked meat and rice to the other ingredients in a pot or slow cooker.
  4. Heat until warmed through, then serve hot with shredded cheese sprinkled on top of individual servings.
