Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 lb. stew meat
  • 1 can Ro-Tel
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 2 cans all-vegetable or Veg-All
  • 1 can lima beans

Instructions

  1. Cook stew meat in about 3 cups of water with salt and pepper until done.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients: Ro-Tel, whole kernel corn, all-vegetable or Veg-All, and lima beans.
  3. Approximately 30 minutes before serving, add spaghetti to the soup.
  4. Simmer the soup on low for 1 to 2 hours.
