Instructions
- Chop finely the onion and celery.
- Mix together and cook until tender in a small amount of broth.
- Warm the remaining broth. Finely crumble the cornbread, biscuits and bread, stir in the sage and pepper, add onion mixture and approximately 3 quarts warm broth.
- Mix well.
- (This should be juicy.)
- Bake, covered, at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
- Stir well and add more broth if needed. Bake uncovered 20 minutes or more until browned to taste.
