Ingredients

  • 3 cups percolated coffee
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup rum
  • 1 cup crushed ice

Instructions

  1. Pour hot coffee over vanilla ice cream in a large container.
  2. Add honey to whipped cream and fold into the coffee-ice cream mixture.
  3. Stir in rum and crushed ice until well combined.
  4. Serve immediately in glasses. Makes about 2 quarts.
