Rum Fudge Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. rum extract
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. Add beaten eggs and blend.
  3. Slowly add butter, then nuts and extracts.
  4. Bake in well-greased 9-inch Pyrex pie plate for 30 minutes at 325°.
  5. Serve with whipped cream.
