Ingredients

  • 2 c. pecan halves
  • 2 Tbsp. dark rum
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. instant coffee

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small pan.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly for 15 minutes or until the sugar is melted and the nuts are well coated.
  3. Pour the mixture onto oiled waxed paper.
  4. Separate the pecan halves as they cool.
  5. Store in an airtight container.
