Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon margarine
  • 3 large bananas peeled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon rum

Instructions

  1. Add brown sugar and margarine to the apple juice and simmer over medium heat.
  2. Add bananas and cook until bananas become very soft.
  3. Add rum and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
  5. Serve over ice cream or cake.
