Rum Walnut Balls

- In bowl, stir together the wafer crumbs, sugar, walnuts and cocoa until well blended.
- Stir honey into rum and gradually add to dry ingredients, mixing first with spoon, then your hands.
- Add just enough rum mixture to make dough hold together.
- Roll bits of the dough into small balls about 1-inch in diameter.
- Roll in confectioners sugar.
- Balls will seem soft, but will firm up.
