A delightful wine jelly with a sweet and tangy flavor, perfect for spreading or serving as a unique appetizer or dessert for gatherings and special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups wine
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup Certo fruit pectin

Instructions

  1. Mix wine and sugar in the top part of a double boiler.
  2. Place over boiling water.
  3. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
  4. Remove from heat. Stir in Certo fruit pectin immediately.
  5. Pour into jelly glasses.
  6. Cover with 1/8-inch melted paraffin.
  7. Cover with lids when cool.
