Instructions
- Mix wine and sugar in the top part of a double boiler.
- Place over boiling water.
- Stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Remove from heat. Stir in Certo fruit pectin immediately.
- Pour into jelly glasses.
- Cover with 1/8-inch melted paraffin.
- Cover with lids when cool.
