Ingredients

  • 1 small pkg. Pioneer biscuit mix
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 1/3 cup Wesson oil
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1 box light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla flavoring
  • 1 small pkg. butterscotch morsels

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix Pioneer biscuit mix, beaten eggs, Wesson oil, light brown sugar, vanilla flavoring, pecans, and butterscotch morsels together.
  3. Pour the batter into a lightly greased and floured 13 x 9 1/2-inch pan.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 minutes.
  5. Let the cake cool for 10 to 15 minutes before cutting into squares.
