Ingredients

  • 8 slices boiled ham
  • 2 finely chopped red apples
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 cup salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Mix the chopped red apples, curry powder, half salad dressing and half sour cream, and a sprinkle of sugar.
  2. Place a portion of the mixture on each slice of boiled ham and roll up jelly roll fashion.
  3. Secure the rolls and chill.
  4. Serve garnished with green grapes or seasonal fruit.
