Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. ground turkey
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 package bacon, cut up
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 (15 oz.) can lima beans, drained
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 1 (28 oz.) can baked beans
  • 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Brown the ground turkey and bacon in a skillet; pour off excess fat.
  2. Add chopped onions and minced garlic; cook until slightly softened.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl: browned turkey and bacon, onions, garlic, brown sugar, vinegar, dry mustard, catsup, baked beans, lima beans, kidney beans, and salt.
  4. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish.
  5. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes until hot and bubbly.
