Salami Sticks
Ingredients
- 5 lb. hamburger
- 3 Tbsp. quick or curing salt
- 2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
- 2 1/2 tsp. cracked pepper
- 2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt ⓘ
Instructions
- Mix well and store in refrigerator 3 days.
- Mix each day.
- On third day, roll into 4 rolls.
- Bake at 175° to 200° for 8 hours. Bake on top of broiler pan.
