Ingredients

  • 5 lb. hamburger
  • 3 Tbsp. quick or curing salt
  • 2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
  • 2 1/2 tsp. cracked pepper
  • 2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Mix well and store in refrigerator 3 days.
  2. Mix each day.
  3. On third day, roll into 4 rolls.
  4. Bake at 175° to 200° for 8 hours. Bake on top of broiler pan.
