Leek And Bacon Chowder

- Combine leeks, onion and bacon in large saucepan and saute in butter for about 5 to 6 minutes.
- Add potatoes.
- Stir to combine, then add flour.
- Gradually stir in broth until smooth.
- Bring to a boil and simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Add cream or milk and cook until potatoes and leeks are soft.
- Serves 4 to 6.
