Ingredients

  • 1 c. scalded milk
  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 3/4 c. flour
  • 1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in a 1/4 c. of warm water

Instructions

  1. Scald milk and add sugar, butter and salt.
  2. Cool to lukewarm and add well beaten eggs, yeast and flour to make a stiff batter. Place dough in well greased bundt pan and cover with towel and let rise one hour.
  3. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
