Ingredients

  • 4 c. flour
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. nut meats, chopped
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Mix in order given.
  2. Put in greased and floured 4 x 8-inch pan.
  3. Let rise for about 20 to 30 minutes.
  4. Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Slice when cool.
