Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce.) can salmon
  • 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon grated onion
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon horseradish
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 c. minced pecan
  • 3 tbsp. chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Combine and let stand overnight.
  2. Form into balls and roll in nuts.
  3. These are really very good, better than they sound!
