Salmon Balls are a delightful appetizer featuring tender cooked salmon blended with cream cheese, aromatic dillweed, and a hint of lemon and pickle juice. Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boned salmon, cooked
  • 1 lb. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. dillweed (dried)
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. sweet pickle juice

Instructions

  1. Let the cream cheese set out for 30 minutes to soften.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl with gloved hands until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into balls, then roll each in walnuts to coat.
  4. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
