Ingredients

  • 4 fish steaks
  • 2 tsp. instant onion
  • 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. dill weed
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Lay the fish steaks in a greased baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle the steaks with lemon juice and instant onion.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Bake uncovered in a 400°F oven for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and drain off excess liquid.
  6. Spread sour cream evenly over the fish.
  7. Sprinkle with dill weed.
  8. Bake for an additional 6 minutes, then serve.
