Ingredients

  • 1 (7 3/4 oz.) can salmon
  • 1 (5.5 oz.) pkg. noodles Romanoff mix
  • 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 c. cream-style cottage cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped green onion
  • 1/4 tsp. dill weed

Instructions

  1. Flake salmon.
  2. Prepare noodles according to package directions.
  3. Combine prepared noodles with salmon, mushrooms, cottage cheese, green onion and dill.
  4. Spoon into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole.
  5. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
  6. Stir before serving.
  7. Makes 4 servings.
