Ingredients

  • 5 to 8 jalapenos
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 3 tomatillos
  • 1/4 cup cilantro

Instructions

  1. Boil jalapenos, tomatoes, and tomatillos until tender.
  2. Drain the boiled vegetables.
  3. Add the boiled ingredients to a blender along with cilantro, salt, pepper, and garlic.
  4. Pulse blend 3 to 4 times until combined but still chunky.
