Lynn'S Homemade Salsa

Ingredients
- 1 c. chopped green pepper ⓘ
- 1/2 to 1 c. chopped onion ⓘ
- 1 c. fresh tomato, peeled and chopped ⓘ
- 1/2 c. chopped green chilies ⓘ
- 1 can plum tomatoes ⓘ
- juice of 1 lime ⓘ
- 1 tsp. vinegar ⓘ
- 1 tsp. salt ⓘ
- 1 tsp. garlic powder ⓘ
- 1/8 c. chopped Italian parsley ⓘ
- dash of pepper
- 1 c. jalapeno ⓘ
- 1 tsp. onion powder ⓘ
Instructions
- Mix all the chopped vegetables, fresh tomatoes, green chilies, and jalapenos in a bowl.
- Add lime juice, vinegar, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper; stir well.
- Refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to meld.
- Drain excess liquid if the salsa becomes too watery before serving.
