Ingredients

  • 1 (28 oz.) can whole or chopped tomatoes
  • 2 to 4 cloves dried olives
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 small cans diced chilies (mild)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Run tomatoes through chop cycle on blender just until everything has passed through blade.
  2. Add all ingredients.
  3. Mix and let set at least 1 hour before serving with tortilla chips.
