Salsamole!!
Ingredients
- 3 jalapeno peppers, minced, or to taste ⓘ
- 2 serrano peppers, minced, or to taste (optional) ⓘ
- 1 habanero pepper, minced, or to taste (optional) ⓘ
- 3/4 yellow onion, chopped ⓘ
- 3 cloves garlic, minced, or to taste ⓘ
- 3 avocados - peeled, pitted, and cubed ⓘ
- 3 Roma tomatoes, chopped ⓘ
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes ⓘ
- 1 lemon, juiced ⓘ
- salt and pepper to taste ⓘ
Instructions
- Combine the jalapeno peppers, serrano peppers, habanero pepper, onion, garlic, avocados, Roma tomatoes, diced tomatoes, and lemon juice into a food processor. Drizzle in the olive oil; season to taste with salt and pepper. Pulse until the salsamole has reached your desired consistency.
