Salty Corn Bread

Ingredients

  • baking powder
  • egg
  • natural yogurt
  • flour
  • corn grains
  • butter
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 200 °C. Wipe with butter the surface of a baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix (or beat) the butter until it gets lighter in color. Add the eggs, one by one, also the yogurt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the flour, the baking powder and the salt. Mix (or beat) at low speed and add to the butter mix. Add the corn grains with involving movements until they are uniformely distributed.
  4. Pour the contents into the baking pan. Bake for about 40 minutes, until the bread is golden. Serve.
