Instructions
- Drain all the beans.
- Coat a saucepan with spray.
- Place over medium heat until hot.
- Add green pepper and onion; saute until tender.
- Add pinto beans and remaining ingredients.
- Cover. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
