Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 16 oz. pinto beans
  • 15 oz. red kidney beans
  • 3/4 c. no-salt tomato sauce
  • 2/3 Tbsp. no-salt salsa
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp. liquid smoke

Instructions

  1. Drain all the beans.
  2. Coat a saucepan with spray.
  3. Place over medium heat until hot.
  4. Add green pepper and onion; saute until tender.
  5. Add pinto beans and remaining ingredients.
  6. Cover. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
