Ingredients

  • 20 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 16 oz. can peach slices, drained
  • 2 small cans mandarin oranges, drained
  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • 2 or 3 apples, cut into chunks
  • strawberries
  • grapes
  • 1 small package vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/3 cup orange juice concentrate

Instructions

  1. Combine the vanilla pudding mix, milk, and orange juice concentrate in a bowl and blend well until smooth.
  2. Add sour cream to the pudding mixture and fold gently to incorporate.
  3. Pour the pudding mixture over the prepared fruits and gently fold to combine.
  4. Refrigerate the fruit salad until chilled and ready to serve.
  5. Serve immediately for best flavor, but it can be stored refrigerated for later.
