Instructions
- Chill one orange and one lemon for garnish.
- Squeeze juice from the other orange and lemon.
- Place the juices, wine, sugar, and brandy in a large pitcher or bowl.
- Stir to dissolve the sugar and chill the mixture.
- Just before serving, divide the mixture into 2 pitchers or pour into a bowl.
- Cut the chilled orange into wedges.
- Slice the chilled lemon into wheels.
- Core the apple and cut into wedges.
- Thread the fruit onto 2 long skewers to stand in pitchers or float in the fruit bowl.
- Slowly pour in the chilled carbonated water.
