Ingredients

  • 6 large baking potatoes
  • olive oil
  • 4 to 5 garlic cloves
  • salt
  • pepper
  • rosemary

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into eighths.
  2. Rinse the potatoes in cold water, then drain and pat dry.
  3. Place the potatoes into a large casserole dish, making sure they are not crowded.
  4. Add olive oil, crushed garlic cloves, salt, pepper, and rosemary to the potatoes.
  5. Toss the potatoes to evenly coat them with the seasonings.
  6. Bake in a hot oven at 400 to 450°F until the potatoes are tender and thoroughly browned.
  7. Taste for seasonings and adjust if needed before serving.
