Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. hot sausage
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes and peppers, drained

Instructions

  1. Cook beef, sausage and onion until done; drain.
  2. Chop cheese into meat and cook on low.
  3. Add Ro-Tel while cheese is melting.
