Ingredients

  • 1 boiled chicken, deboned
  • 2 cans corn
  • 2 cans pinto beans
  • 2 cans kidney beans
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning

Instructions

  1. Add the deboned boiled chicken (including broth), corn, pinto beans, kidney beans, Ro-Tel tomatoes, Ranch dressing mix, and taco seasoning to a large pot.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
  4. Serve hot, preferably with restaurant-style Tostitos or your favorite tortilla chips.
